BIGO LIVE Philippines Marketing Content Advisor role involves creating, planning, and executing online and offline events to increase engagement and community involvement. You will develop event assets, communicate event benefits and rules, and generate insights through post-event analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities

Create and plan online and offline events, including seasonal events, core-community events and in-app talent events; identify new opportunities to increase engagement

Develop pre-event assets and provide clear, engaging outlines and instructions; ensure participation and alignment with event goals

Explain event benefits and rules effectively to maximize understanding and participation; collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen in-app involvement

Execute online and offline events, assist in post-event recaps and scoring, ensure accurate evaluation of event outcomes, and generate insight reports

About you

• Time management: prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills: clearly explain event rules, benefits and guidelines in writing and verbally to stakeholders

Creative problem solver: use productivity and design tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Canva and Google Sheets; apply analytical thinking to improve future event planning

• Adaptability: learn quickly, manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment and take on new challenges
• Detail-oriented: maintain accuracy in data entry, reporting and record-keeping
• Demonstrate one complete event example covering objective, audience, pre-event assets, rules, timeline, personal ownership, execution and recap
• BGC onsite availability for Monday–Friday schedule
