Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately and timely
• Maintain and update general ledger accounts
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Prepare and issue invoices and official receipts
• Assist in payroll processing and related reports
• Generate basic financial reports as required
• Ensure proper filing and organization of financial documents
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage (e.g., QuickBooks or Xero)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
