Assistant Project Manager – Mechanical (Data Center)

You’ll be responsible for: Provide technical support for mechanical building services, ensuring compliance with project standards and best practice. Support programme delivery, health, safety, wellbeing, quality, commissioning and project performance outcomes. Build effective relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure coordinated delivery. Contribute to contract, budget, programme and commercial reviews, supporting value-driven project decisions. Review mechanical designs, delivery strategies and commissioning plans to promote quality, efficiency and sustainable outcomes. Proactively identify risks, share lessons learned and support Mace’s commitment to net zero carbon delivery. You’ll need to have: Degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification. Experience delivering MEP projects within the construction sector. Knowledge of design, commissioning, planning, quality and health & safety principles. Strong stakeholder management, communication and collaborative working skills. Our values
