Sales Executive

Job description: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and helping the company achieve its sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and field visits. Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective clients. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly. Coordinate with the team for delivery, billing, and after-sales support. Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 1 year proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
