Job Summary: San Miguel Aerocity Inc. is looking for a highly analytical and business-driven Finance Analyst with strong experience in financial modeling, business planning, and commercial analysis to support our large-scale airport and infrastructure project. This role is critical to the company’s financial planning and decision-making processes, providing strategic insights and financial analysis to guide commercial and investment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis - Develops, maintains, and enhances detailed financial models for business case evaluation (Airport and Airport City Development). Business & Commercial Planning - Supports the development of the project’s business case by conducting industry research, competitive benchmarking, and commercial feasibility assessments. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (CPA/CFA/MBA) is a plus3–5 years of experience in financial planning, commercial or investment analysis; experience in aviation, infrastructure, or transportation is a strong advantage
Advanced financial modelling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
