HR Staff/ Encoder - Recruitment

I. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepares, compiles, and sort documents before and after data encoding on HRIS.Performs regular data entry tasks, including updating information, creating new records, and deleting obsolete ones. Verifies and validates the accuracy of data entered into the system. Organize and maintain files and databases, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible

• Assists on Recruitment day to day activities: interview and pre-deployment
• Other related task assigned from time to time

II. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of any Business Related Course and/or IT, Human Resource related course is an advantage=Amenable to work on extended hours and weekends
