About the role
The Senior Sales Associate supports party and event sales for the mall arcade, converting walk-in inquiries and online leads into party package bookings and game card purchases. Key Responsibilities
Party & Event Booking: Consult with parents, organizers, and mall visitors to pitch, package, and reserve party rooms and group play packages.POS & Scheduling: Process party, balance payments, and game card top-ups accurately through the arcade point-of-sale system. Mall Activation Support: Assist with arcade promotions, seasonal mall campaigns, and local community outreach. Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communications. Experience: 3-5 years in sales, event hosting, or retail customer service within a mall or leisure environment. Skills: Friendly communication, strong organization, and basic computer/POS literacy.
