Junior Bookkeeper / Inventory Clerk (Tech-Savvy & Fast Learner)

[Please Note Before Applying]This position is based entirely in our WAREHOUSE environment and involves practical, hands-on operations. It is different from a typical, comfortable corporate desk job. We are looking for a reliable, sharp, and mentally tough individual who can manage real warehouse inventory data and grow into a key member of our team. Key Responsibilities:- Work directly inside our Warehouse: Check physical stocks, open boxes, and verify items upon arrival.- Perform physical encoding of incoming and outgoing inventory items into our system accurately.- Sort, organize, and double-check physical receipts and invoices from suppliers. It requires high focus and repetition.- Perform daily/weekly basic accounting computations to ensure all financial records and system balances tally. Requirements:- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Management, or any related business course (Fresh graduates with a strong work ethic are welcome).- 0 to 2 years of work experience in bookkeeping, encoding, or inventory control.- Tech-savvy: Must be fast, accurate, and highly proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.- Comfortable working in a practical warehouse setting and handling physical items.- Highly organized with great attention to details when matching physical receipts. Salary, Probation, & Benefits:- This position follows a Daily Rate with a "No Work, No Pay" policy.
