Chief Accountant - Direct Hire - Quezon City

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual). Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulatory requirements. Supervise accounting operations including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and treasury. Monitor and reconcile accounts to maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records. Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. Lead, train, and develop accounting staff to ensure consistent standards across the group. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners. Provide management with financial insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

Proficient in ERP/SAP or other accounting systems is a MUST.Preferably with experience in a holding company or multi company set up., and government compliance, taxation

• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• At least 8–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience. Direct Hire with the client
• Full Onsite - Monday to Friday, Dayshift
• Location - Edsa, South Triangle, Quezon City
