About the role
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and operations teams to automate workflows, improve deployment efficiency, and ensure system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes
- Collaborate with developers to streamline code integration and release cycles
- Manage and optimize build tools and deployment strategies
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and scalability
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and deployment issues
- Implement security best practices within CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps)
- Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, or Groovy)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of Linux/Unix systems
