We're currently building out a B2B SaaS platform serving clients in the logistics and supply chain space, and we're looking for a talented designer to help shape that experience from the ground up.

Position Overview

We're looking for a mid-level Product Designer to join our growing product team to design both our company website and our B2B SaaS platform. You'll work across UX, UI, research, design systems, and production-ready handoff. This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys owning end-to-end design problems and can move seamlessly between marketing website pages and complex product interfaces — including data-heavy dashboards, workflow tools, and operational screens common in logistics environments.

What You'll Do

• Deliver end-to-end design across both the marketing website and the SaaS product
• Design complex product interfaces including dashboards, data tables, workflow builders, and operational tools suited to logistics and supply chain use cases
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes, and clickable flows in Figma
• Work closely with the product owner, developers, and stakeholders to bring features to life
• Conduct lightweight user research (interviews, usability tests, feedback loops) with both internal teams and B2B clients
• Analyse usage data and iterate on designs to improve UX, task efficiency, and conversion
• Ensure WCAG accessibility standards across both the product and website
• Support developers through clear specs, documentation, and handoff
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, workflows, and overall product quality
• Creating, maintaining, and scaling the UI component libraries, foundations (tokens, typography, colour), and documentation that enable other designers and engineers to build consistent products efficiently.

What You'll Need

• 3–7 years of product design experience in a digital company or startup
• A strong portfolio demonstrating web design alongside B2B SaaS product UI/UX — particularly complex, data-heavy interfaces
• Demonstrated experience designing SaaS products end-to-end: from onboarding flows and dashboards to settings, user management, and multi-step workflows
• Strong understanding of user flows, UX problem-solving, and responsive design
• Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variables, and prototyping)
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams (PMs, developers, QA)
• Solid knowledge of design systems and design tokens
• Working understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — enough to collaborate effectively with front-end developers and understand technical constraints
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to independently manage your own workload, timelines, and priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for logistics, supply chain, fleet management, or freight platforms — this is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with operational workflows such as order tracking, dispatch management, route planning, or inventory control
• Experience with Webflow or similar CMS tools
• UX writing or basic copywriting skills
• Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel)
