Sales Admin - Construction Industry

VTSA International Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Admin - Construction Industry professional to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, and offers an exciting opportunity to support our sales operations within the construction industry. As a Sales Admin, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing essential support to drive business growth and client satisfaction. This position plays a strategic role in maintaining operational efficiency and enabling our sales team to focus on building client relationships and closing deals. What you'll be doing

• Processing and managing sales orders, quotations and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
• Coordinating communication between clients, sales representatives and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of information and services
• Maintaining and updating client databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Scheduling meetings, site visits and product demonstrations for the sales team
• Preparing sales reports, performance metrics and documentation for management review
• Responding to client enquiries and providing administrative support to resolve issues promptly
• Coordinating tender documentation and bid submissions for construction projects
• Processing expense reports and managing sales-related documentation and filing systems
• Supporting contract preparation and ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards

What we're looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in business administration, office management or related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales administration, client services or similar administrative support roles, preferably within the construction or related industries
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software or sales management systems
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all administrative tasks
• Professional demeanour with strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Familiarity with construction industry terminology, processes and market dynamics is highly desirable
