Responsibilities: The main function of a faculty in the Basic Education is to be proficient in his/her teaching profession, manifesting expertise on the subject and capability to manage the class. He/she demonstrates fairness and reasonable assessment of students’ performance and allocates appropriate time for academic counseling. A teacher is actively involved in professional organizations and in some community extension projects. He/she engages in research work and is responsible for this development. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Education (Secondary Education Major in Science)LET Certified
