- Prepare test cases
- Experience in Functional Testing /SIT/ UAT
- 9.2 Image updates and New Feature Knowledge
- Coordination with users for the defects
- Defect tracking
- Analyze the issues and priorities of support calls to meet the SLA.
Essential Skills
