Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta & Instagram ad campaigns targeting engaged couples.
• Create eye-catching ad creatives and short-form video snippets using provided content.
• Help maintain a consistent and engaging Instagram presence and website presentation.
• Qualify incoming ad leads and assist with initial customer inquiries.
• Coordinate consultation calls, calendar scheduling, and client follow-ups.
• Track post-production timelines and coordinate with overseas video editors through email and DMs.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Digital marketing or social media advertising experience in a corporate or VA setting.
• Proven experience running and optimizing Meta & Instagram ad campaigns.
• Basic short-form video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead-tracking platforms such as Honey
