Company Nurse

Leslie Corporation is seeking an experienced Company Nurse to join our healthcare team on a contract basis. Based in Davao City, Davao del Sur, this role is central to our commitment to maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant workplace. As Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing occupational health services, managing employee wellness programmes, and ensuring our organisation meets all relevant healthcare and safety regulations. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employee wellbeing whilst contributing to our operational excellence. Main Duties and Responsibilities

Occupational Health and Safety

• Conduct pre-employment health assessments and evaluations (Basic)
• Assist, management and evaluation in the Annual Physical Exams
• Monitor employees health and well-being (Basic)
• Administer medication to the employees
• Implement workplace safety programs (Novice)
• Provide first aid and emergency response (Basic)
• Develop and implement health and safety policies (Advanced)
• Collaborate with management on health and safety improvements (Advanced)
• Participate in the implementation and health and safety Maintaining and inventory medical supplies and medicine
• Arrange medical transportation to medical facilities

Employee Health and Wellness

• Provide and promote health education and counseling (Basic)
• Conduct health screenings and vaccinations (Novice)
• Execute chronic health conditions (Intermediate)
• Provide mental health support (Intermediate)
• Develop wellness programs (Advanced)
• Collaborate with healthcare providers (Advanced)
• Food Safety and Hygiene: Train employees on food safety and hygiene practices (Basic)
• Investigate foodborne illness outbreaks (if needed) (Advanced)

Regulatory Compliance

Maintain accurate health and safety records (confidential) (Novice)

Administration and Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate employee health records (Basic)
• Prepare reports and documentation (Novice)
• Manage health and safety supplies and equipment (Intermediate)
• Develop and implement health and safety programs (Advanced)

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in the food industry (preferred)
