Duties and Responsibilities
- To develop and administer on a day-to-day basis the company websites and web applications, ensuring that the sites meet accessibility and search facility standards.
- Create posters / materials for holidays and Aventus standards.
- Create Medical Advisories based on DOH calendar for distribution to internal and external clients. (Medical content be approved by the Medical Team).
- Work with One Marketing team on all projects indicated there regardless of scope.
- Responsible for integrating existing and/or creating new company databases (specific on web applications) with sound and concise data structure.
- Create various signages / posters needed by internal and external clients.
- Create Advisories for postings / information of the public in terms of clinic
schedule
s and update.
- Manage the Google Business Pages and chat inquiries.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the Marketing Department Head.
- To provide secure API integrations to partners and stakeholders when necessary.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field BS course.
- Experience in customer service roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM).
- Computer Literate in (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Time-management abilities.
