HR Generalist

A versatile Human Resource Specialist role responsible for performing a broad range of human resource functions while leveraging HRIS systems for process efficiency. Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection
• Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution
• Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives
• Support payroll processing and ensure accurate employee

compensation

• Manage benefits administration, including enrollment and employee queries
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
• Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as needed
• Assist in implementing performance review systems and tracking employee development plans
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding performance improvement strategies

About you

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, including exposure to HRIS systems

Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP Success

Factors, Bamboo

• HR, or similar systems)
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong analytical skills with experience generating and interpreting HR metrics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
