About the Role: We are looking for a Training Officer who will design, deliver, and evaluate corporate training programs to support operational and technical learning needs. This is a project-based role (12 months) with a high possibility of contract extension or absorption. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s Degree graduate (Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or other related courses are welcome to apply). At least 1 year of corporate training experience (Note: Academic/education teaching or training experience will be considered if you're teaching technical courses). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in creating and updating training manuals and modules. Competent in Google Suite (Slides, Meet, Classroom, Sites, etc.). Knowledge of instructional design and training methodologies. Knowledge of learning management systems or similar platforms. Experience with digital tools, systems, or technical processes is a plus. Experience in E-commerce business and related systems is an advantage. Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills; confident in delivering training to groups. Accomplished communicator with experience interacting at all levels. Proven experience in managing projects or events from planning to execution. Open-minded, approachable, and willing to learn new ways of working. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively, with demonstrated success in managing multiple responsibilities.
