Product Manager

Ready to shape the future of AI-driven products? We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and growth of high-impact products, including AI-enabled and AI-native solutions. Location: Mandaluyong City

• Shift Schedule: EST (Graveyard)
• Work Set-up: Hybrid (1 day onsite & 4 days WFH per week)

What You'll Do

• Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap for complex, high-impact products.
• Lead product discovery, market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis.
• Drive AI and automation initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to successfully launch and enhance products.
• Monitor product performance, customer adoption, and business outcomes through data-driven decision making.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer and ensure products address real market needs and pain points. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of Product Management/Product Development experience using Agile methodologies.
• Experience within insurance, consulting, outsourcing, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, MVP development, commercial models, and customer-driven product design.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience building or managing AI-enhanced products.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Chat

GPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar platforms.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills. Nice to Have
• Certified Product Manager (CPM).
• AI Product Management certifications or related coursework.
