Who Thrives Here
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- At least 1 - 3 years of experience working in a BPO company or Healthcare account
- Preferably with experience in grievance handling and case appeals.
- Experience in back-office/non-voice operations is preferred.
- Willing to work full onsite during training and hybrid (2x onsite per week) upon production in Taguig
Essential Skills
- Minimum Net Typing Speed: 30 WPM
- Keen to details/Strong attention to details
- Good written and communication skills
- Good knowledge about MS office tools
- Strong analytical skills & MS office tools
