Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager and will be responsible for treasury transaction accounting, month-end close, general ledger activities, revenue, inventory, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations. This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage recurring accounting deadlines. Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily and monthly cash activity across operating, deposit, credit card, and other treasury accounts
• Prepare treasury-related journal entries, including bank fees, interest, transfers, merchant activity, and other cash transactions
• Investigate and resolve bank reconciliation differences, unreconciled transactions, and cash application issues in a timely manner

• Maintain complete and review-ready close workpapers and follow established accounting policies and internal controls
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and workflows

About you

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting best practices
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience working with an ERP or accounting system
• Detail-oriented accounting professional with a strong understanding of general ledger accounting, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Analytical problem-solver who can investigate variances, identify root causes, and communicate clear conclusions
• Comfortable taking ownership of assigned month-end close activities and delivering accurate work within recurring deadlines
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
