• Create creative Reels and TikTok content for Cetta English
• Turn topics into storytelling content, especially work/career, fun facts, and news from English-speaking countries
• Deliver strong on-camera storytelling that feels natural, engaging, and easy for the audience to understand
• Strong communication, public speaking, and on-camera confidence
• Understand the brand persona, and stay up to date with social media trends to keep content relevant to the brand
• Handle basic video editing and revise edits based on feedback
• Work independently and collaborate with the marketing team.

• Bachelor's degree in any major (preferred English Literature / Communication / Relevance).
• Great knowledge about US, UK, AUS and European culture & trends is a must.
• Own a TikTok account and editing apps (VN, Capcut, etc).
• Has an experience as a TikTok creator (preferred from a related industry).
• Has adequate resources to make TikTok videos at home.
• Has good communication skills, creativity, good attention to new trends, and collaboration.
