• Fresh graduates may apply
• BPO experience is not required, but candidates with at least 6 months of BPO/customer service experience are encouraged to apply
• Senior High School graduates or Bachelor’s degree holders
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good listening and comprehension skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and system navigation skills
• Able to multitask and adapt to different processes
• Willing to work fully onsite in Makati
• Comfortable handling customer concerns through voice support
