Key Roles

Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance programming, coding, testing, debugging, and process automation. Explore and integrate AI technologies and APIs into systems where applicable to business requirements. Analyze existing manual business processes and design automated system solutions. Design, develop, and implement end-to-end system solutions to digitize and improve company operations. Ensure system security, data integrity, performance, and compliance with company standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and system manuals. Participate in system deployment, upgrades, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Development Management, Software Engineering, or any related field. Proficient in using AI-assisted programming and development tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and software development. Familiarity with AI APIs, AI integration, automation tools, and prompt engineering is an advantage. At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience as an IT Developer, Programmer, Software Developer, or similar role. Proficient in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core 7.0, ASP.NET Core MVC, C#.NET, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL Server/MSSQL, IIS, and Microsoft Azure. Knowledgeable in Microsoft 365 and reporting tools such as Crystal Reports. Strong knowledge of system development, database management, troubleshooting, and software testing. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willing to be assigned in San Pablo City, Laguna.
