This position is ideal for candidates with experience in workplace health management, employee medical benefits administration, and statutory compliance reporting. The successful candidate will take the lead in organizing health and wellness programs, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards and government regulations. This role requires someone who can work full-time and on a night shift schedule to support our Operations team working during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Health & Wellness

Provide primary nursing care and first aid to employees for work-related and non-work-related illnesses or injuries. Assist in pre-employment, annual, and return-to-work medical examinations. Organize and implement workplace health and wellness programs such as health fairs, vaccination drives, and fitness initiatives. Benefits & Provider Coordination

Handle HMO administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and benefit utilization. Process employee benefits related to SSS, PhilHealth, and maternity leave in coordination with HR.Compliance & Reporting

Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of employees. Ensure compliance with DOLE occupational health requirements, including timely submission of reports. Monitor clinic inventory, supplies, and medical equipment to ensure readiness at all times. Collaboration & Support

Work closely with HR in implementing health-related policies and employee assistance programs. Provide guidance to employees on preventive healthcare and workplace safety.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) – required. Preferably with experience as a Company Nurse or Occupational Health Nurse in a corporate or industrial setting. Experience in handling HMO processes, SSS, PhilHealth, and maternity benefit claims. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of DOLE compliance requirements and occupational safety and health procedures is an advantage. Willing to work full-time and on a night shift schedule.
