We are seeking an experienced Product Owner who will play a critical role in driving product strategy, managing cross-functional initiatives, and delivering data-driven solutions that support business objectives and customer needs. This role combines Product Ownership, Project Management, and Business Analysis responsibilities and requires a strong ability to lead multiple projects, manage stakeholder expectations, and leverage large-scale product and customer datasets to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of owning product roadmaps, translating business requirements into actionable solutions, and utilizing data insights to improve products, processes, and customer experiences. This individual will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of initiatives that generate measurable business value.BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB The Product Owner plays a critical role in defining product vision, managing priorities, and driving execution across multiple business initiatives. This position is responsible for overseeing the product lifecycle from concept through implementation while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, project teams, developers, analysts, and operations stakeholders to define strategy, prioritize requirements, analyze business performance, and deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Using large volumes of product and customer data, you will identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and provide actionable insights that support business growth and innovation. The goal of this role is to establish a clear product vision, manage project delivery, and connect business and technology teams through a shared roadmap, objectives, and measurable outcomes.WORK PERFORMED Product Ownership & Strategy

Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics aligned with business objectives. Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features and enhancements are prioritized based on business value and customer impact. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable product initiatives. Facilitate stakeholder discussions to evaluate opportunities, prioritize requests, and align on product direction. Communicate product progress, roadmap updates, project status, risks, and recommendations to leadership. Drive continuous product improvements through customer feedback, market trends, and performance analysis. Project Management

Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects from planning through deployment and post-launch support. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation strategies. Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, operations, technology, analytics, and leadership stakeholders. Monitor project performance, track progress against objectives, and escalate issues when necessary. Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, sprint reviews, and status updates. Ensure project deliverables are completed within scope, timeline, and quality expectations. Business Analysis & Data Management

Analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and user experience. Work extensively with large-scale product data and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps. Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Develop data-driven recommendations and business cases to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives. Perform business impact analysis and measure outcomes against established KPIs. Create executive-level reports, dashboards, visualizations, and presentations for decision-making purposes. Partner with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure proposed solutions address business challenges. Stakeholder Management & Communication

Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, end users, and technical teams. Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment and collaboration. Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and strategic insights. Present product roadmaps, project updates, and business recommendations to senior leadership. Manage stakeholder expectations while balancing competing priorities and organizational needs.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment. Strong experience in both Project Management and Business Analysis functions. Proven experience leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with product data, customer data, and large complex datasets. Demonstrated success delivering business and technology initiatives from concept through implementation. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile development methodologies. Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, reporting, and large dataset management. Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization, reporting, dashboard development, and business insights. Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, Agile tracking, and project management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for executive presentations, storytelling, and stakeholder communications. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and iterative product development practices. Experience analyzing and interpreting large volumes of business, product, and customer data. Professional Competencies
