What You'll Do

As a Technical Support Representative, you will assist customers by diagnosing and resolving technical concerns related to products, devices, software, internet services, or customer accounts while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving internet services, software, devices, or customer accounts.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting procedures.
• Resolve technical concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions accurately using company systems.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team when necessary.
• Educate customers on product features, settings, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
• Meet quality assurance, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.

Who Can Apply?

We're looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• No BPO experience required
• IT or technical background is an advantage but not required
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused mindset
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays when required
