About the role
The Esports Content Editor will produce timely and engaging content covering esports, gaming competitions, players, teams, and industry developments.
Key Responsibilities
Write breaking news, match reports, previews, analysis, and features. Monitor major local and international esports competitions. Track Filipino esports players and teams. Cover live tournaments and breaking developments. Research and verify statistics, results, and player information. Develop social-friendly esports content. Coordinate with video and social media teams.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional content writing/editing experience, preferably in esports or gaming. Strong understanding of major esports titles and competitions. Familiarity with the Philippine esports scene. Excellent writing and research skills. Strong understanding of online gaming communities and trends.
