Junior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to help design, build, and continuously improve our internal ERP system that supports Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales, Finance, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proficient in JavaScript and/or TypeScript. Experience with React and Next.js for front-end development. Hands-on experience with Node.js for back-end development. Knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL database management. Proficient in using Git and GitHub for version control. Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles. Proficiency with Supabase, Vercel, AI-assisted coding tools, Docker, Postman, Power BI, Manufacturing or ERP Experience, Inventory or Warehouse Management Systems and HRIS or Accounting Systems.DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES

ERP Development

• Design, develop, and maintain internal ERP modules
• Develop new business applications using Next.js, React, Node.js, and Supabase
• Build dashboards, forms, approval workflows, and reporting tools
• Improve existing modules based on operational

requirements

Business Process Automation

• Analyze existing business processes and recommend digital improvements
• Convert manual workflows into automated solutions
• Design approval workflows and operational controls
• Identify opportunities for AI-assisted automation
• Database & Backend Development
• Design relational database structures using Postgre
• SQLDevelop REST APIs and backend services
• Maintain data integrity and application performance
• Optimize database queries

System Integration

• Integrate internal systems with third-party services
• Connect APIs for email, messaging, cloud storage, accounting, and AI platforms
• Develop internal automation tools

AI-Powered Development

• Utilize AI development tools (Claude Code, Chat
• GPT, Cursor, Bolt, Lovable, etc.) to improve development speed
• Build AI-assisted business solutions where appropriate
• Deployment & Maintenance
• Deploy applications through GitHub and Vercel
• Monitor production systems
• Troubleshoot issues and implement fixes
• Maintain technical documentation
