Freelance Sales Agent (Commission-Based)

Southeast Metro Arts Inc. is looking for a Freelance Sales Agent to help promote and sell furniture products to residential, commercial, and business clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-oriented, and capable of building relationships that lead to sales opportunities. This is a commission-based position with flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers, including homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors, hotels, restaurants, and offices
• Promote and present furniture products to prospective clients
• Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, online marketing, and field visits
• Assist customers in selecting furniture that meets their needs and

requirements

• Prepare quotations and coordinate customer inquiries with the company
• Follow up on prospects and maintain good client relationships
• Provide updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Meet agreed sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to generate leads, build client relationships, and increase sales opportunities

About you

• Experience in furniture, construction, real estate, or sales is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Customer-focused with a passion for sales
• Familiarity with social media marketing and online selling is a plus
• Must have a wide network of potential clients or the ability to develop one
