Project Management Lead

We are seeking a structured, proactive, and outcome-driven Project Management Lead to support the organization in maintaining disciplined and effective project execution by driving a project management approach in the effectiveness of corporate initiatives. The Project Management Lead ensures teams adhere with project management standards by providing methodological support to project teams, coaching Project Managers, enforcing project traceability through dashboards and data management and facilitating timely escalation and resolution of project execution issues. Key Responsibilities: Framework & Standard Enforcement: Implement and maintain organization-wide project management standards, methodologies, and governance protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality execution across corporate initiatives. Enablement & Mentorship: Provide ongoing methodological guidance, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to Project Managers to elevate team capabilities and performance. Template & Toolkit Ownership: Design, implement, and refine standardized project management templates to streamline workflows. Data Infrastructure & Visibility: Own and maintain the data infrastructure, ensuring project dashboards, KPIs, and tracking systems are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. Execution Traceability & Governance: Monitor and enforce high data accuracy across all project reporting, ensuring real-time traceability of project health, milestones, and risks. Issue Resolution & Escalation: Facilitate the timely identification, escalation, and resolution of cross-project bottlenecks, execution risks, and resource constraints. Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a proven track record in establishing or leading PMO functions and corporate initiatives. Methodological Expertise: Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) Coaching Skills: Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, and upskilling Project Managers and cross-functional project teams. Data & Analytics Aptitude: Expertise in project data management, reporting systems, and visualization tools Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and report effectively to executive leadership. Problem-Solving: Strong operational mindset with a track record of driving conflict resolution and issue escalation processes.
