We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Artist to join our Design & Architecture team, based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and strategically sound graphic designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audiences. As a Graphic Artist, you will play a crucial role in translating creative concepts into polished, professional visual materials across multiple platforms and mediums. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that align with organisational objectives and creative excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original graphic designs for various marketing and communication materials, including digital and print collateral
• Create visually engaging designs for social media content, websites, presentations and promotional materials
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and team members to understand design briefs and translate requirements into effective visual solutions
• Utilise design software and tools to produce high-quality artwork, illustrations and layout compositions
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects by adhering to brand guidelines and design standards
• Participate in the creative brainstorming process to generate innovative design concepts and ideas
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and project objectives are met
• Stay current with design trends, techniques and industry best practices to continually enhance the quality of work
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously whilst meeting established deadlines

What we're looking for

• Demonstrated experience working as a Graphic Artist, Designer or in a related creative role
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
• Strong visual design skills with an excellent eye for composition, colour theory, typography and layout
• Ability to create original and innovative design concepts that meet client requirements and marketing objectives
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present design concepts effectively to stakeholders
• Strong organisational and time management capabilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Understanding of design principles, aesthetics and current design trends relevant to the industry
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional-quality design work
• Preferred experience working in marketing, advertising or digital media environments
• Preferred knowledge of web design principles and user experience (UX) design considerations
