Job Title: Associate Data Engineer (Work From Home) We are looking for an Associate Data Engineer to help build, maintain, and improve reporting and dashboards across the organization. Sight, Power BI or Looker. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data from databases. Support regular and ad-hoc reporting requests from business stakeholders. Work with data from operational systems such as Jira to support performance, workload, and delivery reporting. Help document data definitions, report logic, and dashboard metrics. Perform basic data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy. Collaborate with senior BI analysts or data engineers on data models and reporting solutions. Learn and follow best practices for data governance, security, and version control. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in a reporting, BI, analytics, or data-related role (internships count) Working knowledge of SQL and Python. Hands-on experience with at least one BI or reporting tool such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar. Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.
