COMPANY NURSE

DHL Supply Chain Phils., Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Company Nurse to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis in San Fernando, Pampanga. This is a pivotal position within our organisation that ensures the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees. As Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing essential occupational health services, implementing health and safety protocols, and supporting our workforce to maintain optimal health and productivity. This role is strategically important to our commitment to creating a safe, healthy and supportive working environment for all employees across our supply chain operations. What you'll be doing

• Conduct routine health screening, medical check-ups and occupational health assessments for employees
• Provide immediate first aid and medical care to employees in case of workplace accidents or illnesses
• Develop and implement health education programmes and wellness initiatives to promote employee wellbeing
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records and medical documentation
• Monitor workplace health and safety compliance, identifying potential hazards and recommending preventative measures
• Collaborate with management and relevant departments to ensure adherence to occupational health regulations and standards
• Conduct health promotion activities, including vaccination drives, health talks and awareness campaigns
• Refer employees to appropriate medical professionals and coordinate follow-up care when necessary
• Maintain a well-stocked and organised medical clinic with essential medical supplies and equipment
• Prepare health and safety reports for management and regulatory authorities as required

What we're looking for

• A registered and licensed nurse with a current practising certificate or professional licence
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in occupational health nursing, community health nursing or related healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, protocols and best practices in the Philippines
• Proficiency in conducting health screenings, basic diagnostic procedures and first aid administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive health information with professionalism
• Strong organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Capability to work independently and make sound clinical judgements in emergency situations
• Knowledge of maternal and child health services is advantageous and would strengthen your application
• Willingness to participate in continuing professional development and stay updated with healthcare practices
