Full job description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and resort events.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content, including reels and short-form videos.
• Coordinate the creation of promotional materials, photos, and videos.
• Manage Meta/Google Ads, email campaigns, website content, and OTA listings.
• Build partnerships with travel agencies, media, government units, and other organizations.
• Support tourism fairs, expos, networking events, and influencer activities.
• Monitor marketing performance, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and coordinate promotions with Sales, Front Office, and F&B teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Tourism, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality, tourism, or lifestyle brands.
• Solid understanding of digital platforms (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, CMS, etc.).
• Proficient in basic graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop), content planning, and email marketing.
• Strong writing, communication, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
