Recruitment Specialist

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of working experience in the full-cycle recruitment process. Experience in candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels. Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PPT). Familiarity with ATS, other sourcing platforms, headhunting, executive search is an advantage. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates for management. Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
