About the role
Lendflow is looking for an ON-SITE Junior Automation Developer to join the growing team in Cebu City. You'll be responsible for building, deploying, and maintaining automated workflows using n8n while collaborating with different departments to transform manual processes into scalable automation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Build, test, deploy, and maintain automated workflows using n8n (cloud and self-hosted environments)
- Integrate third-party applications, databases, and internal systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data processing
- Develop custom logic and data transformations using JavaScript or Python within n8n workflows
- Troubleshoot automation issues, API failures, and workflow errors
- Implement error-handling processes and monitor workflow performance
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
- Document workflows, integrations, and automation procedures
About youAt least 1 year of experience with workflow automation platforms (n8n preferred (WOULD BE PRIORITIZED); Make or Zapier experience will also be considered)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP methods, webhooks, and API authentication (OAuth and API keys)
- Basic to intermediate programming skills in JavaScript or Python
- Experience working with JSON data structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
