About the role
This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, understanding and mapping existing insurance processes, and preparing user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. You will coordinate with business users, developers, QA, and the Sapiens team, and assist in testing, user acceptance testing, documentation, and training.

About you
- Graduate of Information Technology, Business Administration, Insurance, Accounting, or any related course
- Basic understanding of non-life insurance processes
- Familiar with policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, billing, collections, or claims
- Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Able to create process flows and clear business
requirements
- Familiarity with Excel and project-management or documentation tools
- Willing to undergo Sapiens training
