Graphic Artist WFH Open for FRESH GRADS

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and on time while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Edit and customize designs based on customer instructions.
• Create professional, print-ready digital proofs with proper layout, typography, and alignment.
• Proofread customer-submitted text and correct errors when needed.
• Check customer photos for quality, resolution, and print suitability.
• Enhance and color-correct images for the best printing results.
• Retouch, recolor, and edit images based on customer requests.
• Communicate with customers through email or written correspondence to clarify requirements and revisions.
• Review other designers’ work to ensure accuracy and quality before sending proofs to customers.
• Participate in team meetings, huddles, and other team activities.
• Work with other teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Manage multiple orders and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic knowledge of typography, layout, color, and print design.
• Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
• Good written communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Can work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Willing to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
• Takes ownership and is committed to delivering high-quality work.
