About the role
Key responsibilities: Telesales representative plays a crucial role in helping the Sales team achieve overall monthly objectives by proactively performing customer service functions such as: Order-taking
- Processing of payment
- Handling of complaints
- Listing of bad orders
- Selling products and promoting offers to customers
Answering telephone calls, inquiries or quotations Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Must be willing to work during Saturday. Work location: Tablon, Cagayan de Oro
