Online ESL Tutor (Session-based/Part-time)

Join Our Team and Inspire Korean Students! Are you passionate about teaching and helping students improve their English communication skills? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic online English tutors to conduct phone and video classes for Korean learners. Job Description: Job Type: Part-Time, Work-from-Home (Mondays - Fridays)

• Flexible Schedule: Minimum of 3 hours per day
• Schedule Options: Monday to Friday | Tuesday & Thursday | Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
• Monthly Schedule Adjustments: Available with management approval

Job Responsibilities: Provide engaging and effective English lessons to Korean students. Deliver excellent customer service while guiding students in their language learning journey. Submit class documentation and evaluation reports to track student progress. Complete work-related tasks as assigned by managers and team leaders. Qualifications: College graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply! Teaching experience is a plus, but not required. Strong communication skills and willingness to undergo training. Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. Strong work ethic and professionalism. Compensation: Work just 4 hours a day and earn up to ₱10,000 - ₱22,000 per month — incentives included! Video Classes (20 minutes each):

• PHP 100/class – For tutors with 3+ years of teaching experience
• PHP 60/class – For entry-level tutors (no prior teaching experience needed!)Audio Classes (20 minutes each):
• PHP 40 to PHP 60/class – Based on your qualifications & performance

Hourly Rate Equivalent

• Earn between PHP 120 to PHP 300 per hour, depending on the class type, your experience, and how well you perform

• Camera: HD webcam (minimum 720p resolution)
