Sr AI/ML Engineer (GenAI/NLP)

Job

Responsibilities

Design, architect, and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions supporting enterprise business initiatives. Build and maintain NLP, RAG, OCR, and machine learning applications. Deploy and manage AI models across cloud environments. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Business teams to develop innovative AI-powered solutions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical design reviews and code quality standards. Implement secure, scalable, and highly available AI systems following industry best practices. Drive modernization efforts through AI automation, intelligent document processing, and advanced analytics. Solve complex business and technical challenges using modern AI and machine learning technologies. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and operational requirements throughout the solution lifecycle. Participate in architecture planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, and continuous improvement activities. Job

Qualifications

Education

• At least 2nd Year College Undergraduate with relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in: Information Technology
