JOB BRIEF

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

  • Prepare financial reporting

s, roll-forwards, and supporting documentation for assigned entities.

  • Prepare and record adjusting entries, including accruals, amortization, reclassifications, and other month-end adjustments.
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet

s, including prepayments, accruals, PPE, and other related accounts.

  • Perform bank reconciliations and investigate reconciling items to ensure accurate cash balances.
  • Execute end-to-end Record-to-Report activities for smaller entities, including AP, AR, payroll, and tax-related transactions.
  • Prepare and support statutory tax filings, including VAT, withholding, payroll-related taxes, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Execute month-end close activities within established timelines while maintaining complete and organized working papers.
  • Provide audit and reporting support by preparing audit

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant is preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years accounting experience is preferred.
  • Experience in balance sheet reconciliation end journal review.
  • Exposure to financial reporting or consolidation processes is an advantage.
