About the role
The IT Specialist is responsible for precise troubleshooting and repair of networks, hardware and software components of desktop and laptop. The role includes administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of all CCTV, IP Telephony, and Firewall systems, as well as providing technical support to servers, networks, telephones, POS, and other computing platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair networks, hardware and software components of desktop and laptop
- Administer, maintain and troubleshoot all CCTV, IP Telephony, and Firewall systems
- Provide technical support to servers, networks, telephones, POS, and other computing platforms
- Organize workstation and cable management
- Install and configure computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Conduct monthly IT Audit and keep all PCs with optimum performances with all latest updates and patches
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for procurement and obtain a minimum of 4 quotes for further approval
- Answer incoming calls and provide technical support across the company in person or over the phone
About you
- Relevant experience, especially in POS
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related courses
- Willing to be assigned in Pasig City
- Can work ASAP
