Digital Media Manager

As Digital Media Manager, you will be at the heart of our media planning operations, responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our digital media strategies to achieve business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads day-to-day digital strategy, planning, campaign oversight, and client servicing across assigned accounts.
• Serves as the primary day-to-day digital point person for clients, including face-to-face meetings, performance discussions, and recommendations.
• Oversees campaign execution, optimization, budget pacing, reporting, QA, and coordination with planners/buyers, internal teams, and platform partners.
• Supports the Media Director in building an integrated digital/media capability and, as capacity allows, expands support to other key accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years of professional experience in digital media planning or strategy within an advertising agency or media organization
• Strong knowledge of digital media channels, including social media advertising, programmatic buying, display networks, video platforms, and search marketing
• Proven experience with media planning and buying tools such as Google Marketing Platform, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
• Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and attribution models
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences
