Project In-Charge

The Project in-Charge is responsible for providing assistance to the Project Manager in supervising the construction of the projects and ensure that all works are executed in accordance with the contract and approved plans and specifications of the project. Key responsibilities

• Assists the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager in the supervision of the assigned project
• Monitors and assures that project is constructed in accordance with plans and specifications
• Directly responsible in the implementation of all structural and architectural requirements
• Implements safety standards for construction in accordance to industry practices
• Prepares billing certifications or endorsements
• Evaluates and prepares change orders or claims for approval
• Prepares and monitors owner supplied materials requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineer

• At least 5 to 7 years working experience in related field
• Knowledge in estimation, MS office
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
