About the Role

We're looking for a Developer to create dynamic and responsive templates that deliver excellent user experiences. You'll collaborate with designers and client success teams to turn designs into accurate, functional outputs. Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)2 to 3 years of web development experience

• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSSExposure to email development and best practices
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
• Amenable to working onsite in our Cebu office in IT Park, Cebu City

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with JavaScript, SCSS, or Prince XMLKnowledge of email accessibility standards such as WCAG and EAAExperience with Figma, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, or XDExperience working with email templates or similar design-to-code projects

Tasks and

Responsibilities

• Build dynamic template solutions using the client's proprietary tools
• Convert designs into responsive and accurate HTML and CSS outputs
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers, Client Success Specialists, and Managers
• Maintain clean and organised version control using GitHub
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect output
• Troubleshoot template issues and make necessary improvements
• Follow development standards and contribute to improving template workflows
