Human Resource Associate

We are looking for an HR Associate who genuinely enjoys working with people, helping others, and creating a positive employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Human Resources while learning directly from the HR Manager. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, people operations, employee relations, and HR administration.

At the same time, we are building a more modern and efficient HR function by leveraging AI, automation, and technology to reduce repetitive work, improve processes, and allow our HR team to spend more time focusing on what matters most — our people.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment – Attracts, screens, and hires qualified candidates based on the company’s manpower requirements, ensuring the right people are hired at the right time to support operations.
• Employee Engagement – Builds employee connection, motivation, and retention through engagement activities, recognition, communication, and initiatives that promote a positive workplace experience.
• Employee Relations – Handle employee concerns, workplace issues, policies, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution while ensuring fair, consistent, and people-focused HR practices.
• HR Operations & Administration – Handles HR documentation, employee records, reports, and day-to-day HR processes while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• AI & Process Improvement – Leverages AI, automation, and technology to improve HR efficiency, streamline repetitive tasks, and create better processes while keeping the human side of HR at the center.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; HR experience is a plus but not required.
• Genuine interest in helping and working with people.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable using technology and interested in learning how AI can improve HR processes.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
