About the role
- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains accurate, complete, and updated physical and digital employee records
- Encodes and updates employee information in the HRIS based on approved forms
- Maintains and updates the employee database, masterlist, and headcount records
- Ensures proper filing, safekeeping, and confidentiality of employee records
Prepares, routes for approval, and issues Certificates of Employment, employee CVs, and other HR documents required for bidding, accreditation, and other business
requirements
- Receives, reviews, and processes training requests from various departments
- Maintains training records, including training requests, agreements, attendance, completion, and evaluations
- Maintains and updates employee training records, certifications, and active professional licenses
- Assists in the implementation of employee recognition and rewards programs
- Coordinates employee recognition and engagement activities
- Develops and organizes employee activities, including wellness, employee milestones, and other engagement programs
- Coordinates volunteer and community engagement activities that support teamwork and corporate social responsibility
- Prepares event documentation, attendance records, and post-event reports
- Coordinates with employees and departments to ensure timely completion of HR requirements and activities
- Identifies and recommends improvements to assigned HR processes and programs
- Provides administrative and operational support to the HR team
- Performs other related HR duties and special projects as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any relevant field. At least 0-2 years of related work experience which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and ability to perform the above described duties will be considered. Experience in maintaining employee records and HR databases. Experience in coordinating training activities and maintaining training records. Experience in organizing employee activities, events, or engagement programs. Working knowledge of HR processes, documentation, and data privacy. Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally. Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with employees and various departments. REQUIRED KEY SKILLS:Proficient in Google Suite; Proficient in the use of a variety of general office equipment; Ability to manage important and complex records, and maintain its confidentiality; Ability to deal with the employees and other stakeholders with diplomacy and tact; Must have good verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate with people in different levels of the organization; Result-oriented, flexible, honest, and can work with minimum supervision.
